embarking on a new journey

I am not one for trends. I waited at least 2 yrs after everyone I knew got their cell phones. I have never owned a pair of Uggz. I never wore leg warmers. (I did own jelly shoes & a million jelly bracelets though!) I jumped on the Rockies bandwagon, and along those same lines, I am starting my own blog. My friend KK has her own blog (somegosoftly), and if she’s into it, it must be a good thing. I figure that fall is a good time to embark upon such a personal journey as a blog. The leaves are falling off the trees, the weather cools, the smell of others fireplaces lingers in the air…all reasons to get reflective. You won’t find elegiac prose in this blog – I wasn’t an English major & I’m pretty upbeat in general. What you will find is an insight into my little life here in D-town. Come along with me!
